Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Sohum AI ("we", "the studio") collects when you use sohumai.com or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain. If anything is unclear, write to us at the address at the bottom.

What we collect

• Project briefs. When you use the "Visualize your project" form, we receive what you type and upload: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company, project details, and any floor plans, models, sketches or reference images you attach. The form is run by Fillout.
• Consultation bookings. When you book a call, we receive your name, email, phone number, time zone, the slot you chose and any agenda notes. Bookings are run by DaySchedule and added to our Google Calendar with a Google Meet link.
• Messages. If you email us or message our WhatsApp business number, we keep that conversation so we can reply and follow up.
• Site usage. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location (country and city), device and browser type, how you arrived, and which buttons were clicked. Hotjar heatmaps and session recordings may also be enabled; they record interactions on the page, not what you type into forms. Both tools set cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to you, prepare for a call, scope and quote your project, and deliver the work.
• To send the team an internal alert when a brief or booking arrives, so you hear back quickly. These alerts travel through our automation tools (n8n), WhatsApp and email and contain only the details you submitted.
• To improve the website and understand which pages and services people care about.
• We do not sell your information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Your project files

Drawings, models and references you share are used only to produce your visuals. We treat them as confidential. Finished work appears in our portfolio or on social media only with your permission; project pages on this site are described by type rather than by client unless a client has agreed to be named.

Services we rely on

These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy terms: Fillout (forms), DaySchedule and Google Workspace (bookings, calendar, email, Meet), Google Analytics and Hotjar (site analytics), WhatsApp Business (messaging), n8n (internal automation), Railway (website hosting), and Cloudinary and Supabase (video hosting). Embedded Instagram posts load from Instagram, which may set its own cookies.

Cookies

Analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Hotjar are used to measure site usage. You can block them with your browser settings or a content blocker; the site works without them. We do not run advertising cookies.

How long we keep information

Enquiries and briefs are kept while we are talking to you and for the life of the project, then for our records of the engagement. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics and Hotjar defaults. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

Email us to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you no longer want to hear from us, say so in any reply and we will stop.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
